Welcome to KareBoost Health! Here at KareBoost, our mission is to empower children and families to take positive steps towards achieving their personal health and wellness goals. We use creative, fun and interactive educational tools and methods to encourage a balance of healthy living habits and of coping skills to manage daily stress.

Our proven Holistic Health Coaching Program and our Wellness Program, together called The KB Way as created by Dr. Karen Leibowitz, Founder and CEO, provide guidance to both children and their families for developing a healthy lifestyle in an evidence-based fashion.

Our Holistic Health Coaching Program encompasses a highly credentialed, multi-disciplinary team who provides health, medical, nutrition, fitness and stress reduction coaching that impacts and helps the whole YOU. In addition, our Wellness Program supplements this coaching by offering relaxation services such as yoga, meditation, massage therapy and Reiki sessions at our Wellness Center in Central New Jersey.

This is a Hatha yoga class, with attention on breath and movement, where reiki is also incorporated, but only if agreed by the particular student.  Reiki is given to the students as they practice to create a deeper mind, body, and energy connection.

Restorative Yoga is a slow paced, calming class to center your mind and body. Poses are held for several minutes to allow muscles and connective tissues to relax completely
