Yoga with Reiki

This is a Hatha yoga class, with attention on breath and movement, where reiki is also incorporated, but only if agreed by the particular student.  Reiki is given to the students as they practice to create a deeper mind, body, and energy connection.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a slow paced, calming class to center your mind and body. Poses are held for several minutes to allow muscles and connective tissues to relax completely

Flow Yoga is a mixed level vinyasa yoga class taught at a quicker pace with a focus on linking breath with movement to heat the body.
