Yoga with Reiki

This is a Hatha yoga class, with attention on breath and movement, where reiki is also incorporated, but only if agreed by the particular student.  Reiki is given to the students as they practice to create a deeper mind, body, and energy connection.

Restorative Yoga is a slow paced, calming class to center your mind and body. Poses are held for several minutes to allow muscles and connective tissues to relax completely

KIDS Yoga is a class for children 8 years and older. It is a fun and interactive class where you will stretch and strengthen at your own pace. Beginners or advanced Yoga Kids are Welcomed.
