Massage therapy is a great tool for relaxation and stress reduction. It helps calm the nervous system, improves blood flow throughout your body and helps to drain the body of waste and toxins. Massage therapy also helps manage pain for clients dealing with conditions, such as back pain, neck pain, arthritis, sciatica, muscle pain and more. Come relax with us!

Our Massage Services:

  • Massage Style – Our therapist offers a wide variety of massage styles, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Advanced Myofascial Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, Clinical Orthopedic Massages, Active Isolated Stretching and Prenatal Massage.
  • Appointments – We schedule massage appointments in 60 or 90-minute blocks, which includes a ten-minute block of time for check in and consultation with your massage therapist. Come soon and often for your relaxation session!
  • Child and Family Classes – Come get a massage while your child is working with the Fitness Coach or taking a yoga class.
  • Chair Massages – We offer chair massages at your location for Corporate events, Staff Appreciation Day and private parties. Please call us to schedule your event, and to obtain pricing details.
