Yoga & Meditation

Yoga is a way of living — with body, mind and spirit all in a state of balance and harmony. Through physical postures, proper breathing techniques and learning to be more “in tune” with yourself, you may find that all aspects of life become more enjoyable. Here at KareBoost Health, we offer a variety of yoga classes and private sessions.

  • These include: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga for All Levels, Kids Yoga, Family Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga with Reiki, Restorative, Meditation with Gentle Yoga, Flow Yoga, Chair Yoga, and GlowGa Yoga. We always incorporate some meditation or pranayama within our yoga classes.
  • Regular yoga practice strengthens your body and calms your mind. In addition, yoga inspires increased mind-body awareness, reduces anxiety and increases concentration at work or at school. Here at KareBoost, we offer classes for children and adults, so the whole family can enjoy these benefits!
  • Consider introducing your children to yoga. Providing them a way to learn to ground themselves and reflect on their inner world is a powerful tool that will serve them well into adulthood!
