KareBoost is located in Somerset, NJ and empowers children and families to achieve their health and wellness goals through yoga, meditation, nutritional counseling, fitness, massage and medical coaching. We use creative, fun and interactive educational tools and methods to encourage a balance of healthy living habits and of coping skills to manage daily stress.

Our proven Holistic Health Coaching Program and our Wellness Program, together called The KB Way as created by Dr. Karen Leibowitz, Founder and CEO, provide guidance to both children and their families for developing a healthy lifestyle in an evidence-based fashion.

Our Holistic Health Coaching Program encompasses a highly credentialed, multi-disciplinary team who provides health, medical, nutrition, fitness and stress reduction coaching that impacts and helps the whole YOU. In addition, our Wellness Program supplements this coaching by offering relaxation services such as yoga, meditation, massage therapy and Reiki sessions at our Wellness Center in Central New Jersey.
