Tracy Garcia, Neuromuscular Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist

Tracy Garcia, NMT, has been working in the field of Health & Wellness throughout New Jersey and New York since 1997. As a Neuromuscular Therapist, her passion has always been with sports and how our brain and our body move. Through this ‘neuro-core’ she has transformed exercise to focus on an approach that enhances alignment and better ‘brain mapping’ to produce healthier movements to be pain free.

When we move with integrity, we open a system that enhances repair and recovery. Exercise and movement needs to be thought of as medicine, while reducing joint pain, and discomfort. Tracy is well versed in all manual therapy techniques, a licensed massage therapist and body worker.
